Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a widely practiced and medically accepted way of helping to repair and heal virtually any condition that affects your muscles, joints, or nerves. These include everything from sports injuries, arthritis, and back and neck pain to assisting in recovery from stroke or heart attacks, pregnancy symptoms and even asthma or other breathing difficulties. Your physiotherapist will work with you to develop an effective treatment plan that best suits your individual condition, lifestyle, and general health. This could incorporate a variety of treatments such as exercise, manipulation and mobilization, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy and massage. Some physiotherapists may also use acupuncture, if they are qualified to practice this technique.
