Shiatsu

Literally translated Shiatsu means ‘finger pressure’. But this Japanese acupressure massage technique can be performed with the practitioner’s fingertips, elbows, and sometimes-even feet. Relaxing and stimulating, this non-invasive therapy is performed through clothes. The aim is to restore the natural balance to the body and mind by stimulating the flow of Qi (energy) and removing toxins. This is achieved by careful manipulation of the key acupressure points. It is suitable for practically everyone, children, and adults alike.
