Dr Joshi joins as Vice-Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University

MANDI GOBINDGARH: Dr Abhijit H Joshi has joined as Vice-Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. Dr Virinder Singh, Advisor to Chancellor, accorded Dr Joshi a floral welcome.
